Terms of use

Rearrange Your Room (rearrangeyourroom.com) is a planning tool. It helps you check whether furniture fits a room before you buy it or move it. It is not a substitute for measuring on site, and it does not guarantee a purchase, a move, or a landlord's approval.

You can use many features without an account. If you create one, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Do not create an account for someone else without their permission.

You keep ownership of the room plans and pictures you create. You give us permission to store and show them as needed to run sync, share links, and the rest of the product you ask for. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use, or that is illegal or harmful.

Do not:

• try to break into, overload, or disrupt the service
• scrape or automate the service in a way that harms other people's use
• use AI reading or product lookups for anything other than planning a room
• use share links to harass or publish someone else's private plan without leave

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Sizes, warnings and "will it fit" answers depend on the measurements and placements you enter. Always check critical sizes with a tape measure in the real room, especially doorways, stairs and tight clearances.

Sign-in with Google, email delivery, hosting, storage and optional AI reading are provided by other companies. Their own terms apply to those parts. Our privacy policy explains what we send where.

We aim to keep the service running, including offline use for plans already on your device, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Features that need our servers (sync, share links, AI reading, product lookups, account email) may be unavailable at times.

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for decisions you make from a plan (buying furniture, moving house, building work, and so on), or for loss of plans stored only on a device you clear or lose.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
